Modern Slavery Statement
This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It sets out the steps Rain Consultancy Ltd ("Rain") has taken to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in our business or supply chain.
About Rain
Rain is a Glasgow-based digital agency providing technology, creative, and marketing services to clients across the UK. Our annual turnover is between £500,000 and £1,000,000. We employ a small, directly engaged team with no complex manufacturing or labour-intensive supply chain.
Our Commitment
Rain has a zero tolerance approach to modern slavery in all its forms, including forced labour, child labour, human trafficking, and servitude. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships.
Our Supply Chain
Our supply chain is limited in scope and primarily consists of:
Software and technology platform providers
Freelance specialist contractors engaged directly and personally known to us
Professional services firms
Given the nature of our business and supply chain, we consider the risk of modern slavery to be low. However, we remain vigilant and expect all suppliers and partners to share our commitment to ethical conduct.
Due Diligence
We take the following steps to manage risk:
New suppliers and contractors are assessed before engagement
Our standard contracts include provisions requiring compliance with applicable law
We do not knowingly engage with any organisation that does not share our values around ethical employment
Training and Awareness
Our team is made aware of modern slavery risks as part of onboarding and ongoing communication. Senior leadership maintains oversight of supplier relationships.
